  1. Events Budget

a. Every event should figure out their own budget, because of costs differences between locations. Samuel will share their balances of past events (a template) so that they can be useful for the others

  1. Possible event in the global south? Hereward. Felix says probably we should start in circles, giving security to the events already planned. Samuel Agrees. Not dispersing energies too much, doing stuff is already difficult (something like this). Giulio agrees too, but point out the importance of involving the "Global South" in some way, for Climate Justice issues.

  2. Samuel: it's very intensive to organise a physical event. Discussion on that. Difficult but worthy, incredible outcome. Just take in account all the factors.
